Arthur and Liezl Pienaar, have been missionaries in Zambia for more than 10 years.  In April 2008, they joined Overland Missions. Their vision is to see a Christian culture established amongst the people of Zambia. Their heart is not only to evangelize, but to disciple and mentor Christians in order to empower them to realize their full potential in Christ.

Arthur serves Overland as the Africa Director of Operations. His responsibilities include managing all ministry-related operations within Overland Missions in Africa by assisting every department in reaching their goal efficiently and corporately (as one tribe). Arthur is also the Director of The LIFE Project as well as sector manager for the Mukuni Kingdom.

Arthur’s wife, Liezl, utilizes her Education degree specializing in Early Childhood Development, by serving as an educational consultant for The LIFE Project. She is responsible for writing a suitable curriculum for the village preschools, in addition to homeschooling their children.

The entire Pienaar family is committed to building God’s Kingdom. Arthur and Liezl involve their children, Hugian, Louis, and Danielle, in the ministry as often as they can.
